Starting Fee: $175

Spatial Clarity + 3D combines the Spatial Clarity service with a customized 3D representation of the proposed furniture arrangement.

The service allows the client to better understand furniture scale, circulation, proportions, and the overall feel of the proposed arrangement before making a purchasing or layout decision.

Starting Fee: $475

The service includes the complete Spatial Clarity process customized 3D views based on the approved furniture arrangement.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Space Planning & Design Review is a concept-level design service for clients who are considering changes to the layout, configuration, or functionality of an existing space.

The service helps clients explore potential changes such as room reconfiguration, kitchen layout improvements, built-ins, storage solutions, or connections between spaces before committing to more detailed design or construction.

Starting Fee: $500

The final fee and deliverables are determined based on the scope and complexity of the project and are confirmed through the Project Proposal & Quote before work begins.
