Primary 3D interior render showing the full perspective view
The client needed to transform an open second-floor cottage space into a comfortable, functional retreat for both adults and children.
Key Constraints & Design Goals:
Accommodate varying ceiling heights, dormer windows, and short knee-wall windows.
Integrate a king-size bed, two nightstands, and a dedicated living area with a queen pull-out sofa.
Plan functional storage and a dedicated crib alcove without blocking natural light.

Design Strategy:
Low Ceiling Zones: Dedicated to seated and sleeping areas (king bed, sofa) where standing headroom isn't critical.
Full Ceiling Zones: Maintained for active circulation paths, stairs, and entryways.
Window Placement: Repositioned storage solutions to preserve natural light and create a cozy crib alcove.
Secondary 3D render highlighting the opposite view (TV console, half-wall partition, and crib nook)
The Outcome: The client received a comprehensive 2D furniture plan, high-resolution 3D renderings, and an interactive 3D model walkthrough.
This spatial visualization provided full confidence in room scale, furniture clearance, and overall light distribution prior to purchasing furniture or executing physical work.
